One-day Exam Prep Workshop
Review the methodology of the competencybased exam, practice applying critical thinking skills and discuss the rationales used in practice exam questions. Inclusive of a 112 pages Student Guide as workshop notes.
Study the IFMA FM Learning System® Course
Dive deeper into 4 chosen core competencies. The course materials include the IFMA FM Learning System (FMLS). It provides over 1,500 pages of material covering all 11 competencies and online study tools, such as e-flashcards, quizzes, sample tests, and a self-evaluation & study planning feature.

Arnald Ng MCR, CFM, MRICS, MSc, LEED AP+ ID&C
Arnald has 20 years’ experience across multiple disciplines within Corporate Real Estate, specializing in workplace strategy, interior project and facility management.
With the valuable prior experience gained while working for industry leaders such as Sun Microsystems, Hongkong Land and Standard Chartered Bank, she has proven herself capable in directing regional teams towards international standards and meeting customers’ expectation.
Arnald is a Faculty for CoreNet Global and is also an approved instructor of IFMA.

Notes and Remarks
1. If typhoon signal no. 8 or above or the black rainstorm warning signal will be hoisted 4 hours before the event starts, the event would be cancelled or postponed. Participants will be informed of the cancellation or the re-scheduled date of event in due course. The IFMA Hong Kong Chapter reserves its right to cancel or to change the speakers without prior notice.
2. Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days prior to the event. Otherwise, full price will be charged for your late cancellation. If you are not able to attend, we welcome a delegate to attend on your behalf. Refunds will not be given for no-shows after the event.
3. The organizing parties accept no liability for any eventuality that may occur to affect travel itineraries before, after or during the event, or for any incident or accident, should any occur.
